Izzy's New Menu items

Step right up!

Things are really sizzling on Izzy's new menu, including thin-sliced Smoked Tri-tip Sirloin... slow-smoked over applewood chips in our onsite smoker and finished on the grill, then served with a tangy horseradish cream. Also hot off the grill (or Cedar-Planked) is delicious Lemon Dill Salmon, seasoned to perfection with lemon, garlic and dill cream sauce. And be sure to try Chef Marko's sensational Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. (Okay, he admits that the original recipe was Teri Yaki's... but hey, did she ever think of adding ginger and pineapple sauce?)
